Daily Schedule Choices
Your daily schedule will depend upon your health entering into LWC as well as the specialty you would like to learn. Remember that no two people are the same nor are they at the same level of daily activity. With that in mind, here are some choices for your daily routine.
| 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. | Awaken to the quiet dawn,contemplation, and your choice of a healing drink. |
| 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. | Find your sweats and walk along the lake at a comfortable pace. |
| 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. | After a hot shower, sit down to a warm breakfast filled with great nutritional foods to balance your daily needs. |
| 9:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. | Rest, read, enjoy leisure time. |
| 10:00 a.m. - Noon | Work with a counselor to learn your focus, develop goals, and begin understanding the importance of food. |
| Noon - 2:00 p.m. | Learn the energetics of food, participate or watch the preparation of food, and have a delicious and nutritious lunch. |
| 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. | Select an activity if your strength permits. Otherwise, rest in the cool afternoon breezes on the deck of your cottage. Activities include swimming, kyacking, windsurfing, fishing and hiking. |
| 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Your choice of shiatsu massage, body work meditation, or reading. |
| 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. | Join in the fun of creating your evening meal or just listen to ways to better prepare and enhance your culinary abilities. If your level of health does not permit it, then relax and listen. |
| 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. | An evening stroll or joining in singing songs around a campfire will prepare you for a well deserved evening rest. |
| 9:00 p.m. | Have a warm beverage before heading off to a great night’s sleep. |
